A new report alleges Victoria and David Beckham's marriage is "over," but the story is entirely inaccurate. Gossip Cop can expose the truth behind this latest fabrication.

The unfounded allegation comes from Celeb Dirty Laundry, which blares in a headline, "Victoria Beckham's Marriage To David Beckham Over: Is Divorce The Next Step?" In the bogus piece, the often disproven site contends the two superstars "portray a united front" on social media, but "things might not be as rosy as they appear on the surface." And how would that blog know?

Still, without any reputable sources or evidence, the outlet goes on to claim that David is "bored" with their relationship, while Victoria is growing "frustrated" with her husband's "partying ways." What's more, the webloid further purports that "David has no solid routine to keep him focused," and "Victoria is becoming annoyed and bothered by the online images showing her husband looking the worse for wear." Other than that, the site has no information or genuine evidence about their so-called split.

Irrespective of the outlet's nonsensical claims and well-documented history of publishing untrue stories, Gossip Cop still investigated. A source close to the situation assures us the webloid's report is entirely "false," and no one from the Beckhams' inner circle is divulging such information to that outlet. To put it simply, Victoria's marriage with David is not "over," nor are they close to filing for divorce. In fact, Victoria shared a throwback photo on Instagram earlier this month of her and David at their wedding. "I love you," she wrote from the heart, alongside the picture.

This isn't the first time Gossip Cop has corrected a made-up story about Victoria and David's supposed impending split. Earlier this month, we called out RadarOnline for falsely alleging Victoria was upset about her "time apart" from David, and that it was "causing a rift" in their marriage. And shortly before that tall tale, we debunked OK! for wrongly claiming Victoria and David were on the brink of divorce. There was no truth to either of those reports, and the same goes for this latest claim. Clearly, this is just a bad rumor that keeps reemerging for no reason at all.

Our Verdict

Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
