Tony Awards Red Carpet Live Stream 2017

(Tony Awards)

Sunday’s 2017 Tony Awards will be a day-long event with special online programming and red carpet live streams. Watch the feeds below!

The earliest coverage of the 71st annual Tonys will begin at 1 p.m. Eastern on Facebook Live. The streaming pre-show will allow theater fans to see the way “the entire Broadway community shares, celebrates, and bonds over how #TheatreInspires.” Organizers say, “From exclusive footage of performers backstage to IBM’s first-ever Broadway inspired Watson Beats session, we’re showcasing content from over 30 shows—long-running favorites, hits from this season, and shows to come in 2017–2018.”

That will be followed at 5 p.m. Eastern by not one but two red carpet streams. NY1 will offer a webcast of its on-the-scene coverage of Broadway’s biggest night. Called “On Stage’s Live Red Carpet to the Tonys,” it is essentially a very special edition of the network’s “On Stage” series. The show’s usual host Frank DiLella will preside over the feed, joined by actress Sarah Jones. NY1 promises “exclusive red carpet coverage including behind-the-scenes moments and interviews with presenters, performers and Tony nominees set to take the stage at Radio City Music Hall.”

The second offering is the “CBS Red Carpet Special.” Hosted by Erich Bergen, that feed will also have cameras focused on all the star-studded arrivals. Expect to see a mix of on-the-spot chats with VIP attendees, predictions for the awards, and fashion commentary. It will all be followed, of course, by the Tony Awards ceremony at 8 p.m. Eastern. Watch the live stream here! NOTE: The live stream is no longer available.
