“The View” co-hosts on Monday reacted to Jared Kushner’s Russia statement and debated whether he’ll go to the “big house.” Check out the video below.

In advance of his private testimony before the Senate intelligence committee, Kushner released an 11-page statement to both the Senate and the House about his contacts with Russians during the presidential campaign and transition period. He acknowledged he had four meetings, but insisted there was no collusion and nothing improper was discussed. As for leaving off more than 100 contacts from his SF-86 form, he blamed that on a “miscommunication” with a staffer who supposedly submitted a draft before he had disclosed everything.

Now on the ABC talk show, Goldberg wasn’t happy that Kushner’s appearance before the committee will be confidential. In fact, she exclaimed, “What the hell?!” And Joy Behar cracked, “They might as well just have the Russians question him at this point.” Goldberg and Sara Haines also turned to Sunny Hostin for her expertise, given that she’s a former federal prosecutor.

She said regardless of whether Kushner is under oath, he can still face criminal charges. “But he has that get-out-of-jail-free card,” she pointed out, referring to father-in-law Donald Trump’s ability to pardon him as president. Still, she agreed it’s problematic he left more than 100 contacts off his form to the FBI. And Hostin even noted that when she was doing her own clearance form, she got in trouble for failing to mention her husband, now a U.S. citizen, was born in Spain.

Of Kushner’s own impropriety, Goldberg declared, “To me, that’s the first lie and that’s a big lie because it’s to the government.” She even went on to say, “Where’s the big house? Going to the big house!” That prompted Behar to quip, “Lock him up!” And though Hostin has little faith that Kushner will end up behind bars, Goldberg reminded, “He may get pardoned, but we all know what he did.” Watch the video below.
