Tape Face Americas Got Talent

Tape Face Boy once again amused the judges on “America’s Got Talent” on Tuesday with his quirky routines. The mime even used Howie Mandel for one of his offbeat bits. Watch the video below!

Tape Face started off by reaching into his messenger bag to take out a pair of goggles. Next, he removed a helmet and spun a propeller around his finger, as if he were an old-time pilot flying, as “Flight of the Valkyries” played behind him. He then plopped his body down on a stool, lifted his arms and legs up, and spun himself around the stool against a background of the sky, which made it appear that he was skydiving to Tom Petty’s “Free Fallin.'”

After winning over the judges and audience with that bit, Tape Face then motioned for Mandel to come onstage. Out of his ubiquitous messenger bag, the mime pulled out a roll of white tape and put two tiny pieces over Mandel’s nipples. Next, he unspooled a long piece of tape, and it seemed he was going to put it over the judge’s privates, but instead, “Tape Face” stripped it in half lengthwise and then in widthwise. That piece was put down Mandel’s abdomen.

Once the three pieces of tape were put on Mandel’s shirt, “Tape Face” had the judge pick a pencil from a handful of them. Once Mandel chose one, the mime placed it into an envelope. He then stood behind Mandel, and used the three pieces of tape to be two eyes and a nose, and the envelope with the pencil in it as a mouth. The mime then moved the mouth as Elvis Presley’s “Return To Sender” played in the background.

Once the audition was over, Mandel assured him, “Tomorrow, people are going to be doing what you’re doing.” Guest judge George Lopez added, “I can’t wait to see what you’ll do next.” “I think what you do is very clever,” expressed Heidi Klum, who further told Tape Face she would give him “two thumbs up.” And Simon Cowell compared the mime to “Mr. Bean or Charlie Chaplin.”
