The "divorce rumors" involving Steve Harvey are still untrue, despite a wishy-washy report. This story simultaneously spreads the false claims and refutes them. Gossip Cop can explain what's going on.

On July 6, Gossip Cop debunked identical articles from RadarOnline and the National Enquirer that wrongly alleged Harvey and his wife Marjorie were on the verge of a "$400 million divorce" due to Kris Jenner. The sister outlets claimed Majorie had "walked out" on her famous husband because he was getting "too close" to the momager. A so-called "source" cited by both publications asserted, "There's no way she was going to put up with Steve hanging around a man-eater like Kris."

The contentions, however, were provably bogus. As Gossip Cop reported, the two women are actually close friends, as Jenner and Harvey discussed during her June appearance on "Celebrity Family Feud." And as opposed to "threatening divorce," as alleged, Majorie celebrated her anniversary with Harvey on Instagram the week before this apparent fabrication was published. In fact, the couple's social media was and still is filled with recent pictures of them happily together, undoubtedly proving the supposed "divorce drama" was phony.

Now RadarOnline is trying to backpedal a bit, while still suggesting the debunked contentions could be true. On July 21, the site posted a photo gallery with the headline, "Steve Harvey Pampers Wife With Steamy Saint Tropez Vacation Amid Divorce Rumors." Right off the bat, the blog admits the couple "showed no signs of marital troubles as they vacationed," and acknowledges they appeared "happy and care-free as they enjoyed their tropical." Harvey is described as "living it up... with his better half" while "enjoying their slice of paradise." It's even pointed out that they both "flashed bright smiles despite negative rumors surrounding their marriage."

That's because there are no "marital troubles," as Gossip Cop already established two weeks ago. But after seemingly recognizing that the couple is doing well and that the "negative rumors" are inaccurate, the website then regurgitates all of the bogus claims from earlier in the month as if they're true. The online publication concludes, "Do you think Steve Harvey and Majorie are heading towards divorce?" HUH?!

To recap, the outlet says the Harveys showed "no signs of marital troubles" and looked "happy" on vacation, but then still wonders if they're divorcing. And that's even though the pictures the site showcases feature the couple peacefully shopping together and lounging on a yacht. Instead of this disjointed piece, the blog could have and should have simply explained that those "divorce rumors" were false. Even just one day ago, Majorie posted an amusing Instagram video in which Harvey is filming her as she dances. The clip concludes with a kiss.

It seems rather than delivering the straight truth, the website prefers to mix in falsehoods. If readers want the facts, they should stick with Gossip Cop.
