It’s Good Friday, the religious holiday commemorating the death of Jesus Christ, and stars are observing the holy day. See celebrity tweets below.

Kris Jenner posted an image of an inspirational quote, which read, “No matter what happens today, every time you think ‘big mistake,’ think ‘bigger mercy.’ God’s mercy never runs out.” She herself then added, “That’s why today is GOOD Friday!! #love #happyeaster.” Lindsay Lohan posted a photo of herself enjoying the outdoors, along with the caption, “Taking a stroll on #GoodFriday and being grateful for the sun we’ve been given today. Share your light.”

In addition to Good Friday, Sharon Stone is celebrating Flashback Friday. The actress posted a still of herself and Dustin Hoffman from the 1998 sci-fi movie Sphere, and wrote, “#FBF Teaming up w/ Dustin on this #FlashbackFriday to take on an alien named #Jerry. Happy #GoodFriday.” Jenny McCarthy is similarly enjoying a double holiday. She noted, “It’s #BFFfriday and #GoodFriday today. Always a good combo!”

Self-proclaimed atheist Ricky Gervais posted a photo of himself holding up a glass of wine, and wrote, “Have a Good Friday!” Meanwhile, Patricia Heaton cited a passage from the Bible, saying, “We had all gone astray like sheep, each following his own way; but the Lord laid upon him the guilt of us all. #GoodFriday2016.” And Pauly D offered, “Have A Blessed Good Friday #GodisGreat #GodIsGood.”

A hungry Mario Lopez noted, “Good Friday & can’t eat meat. Craving steak & eggs. It’s like Chic-fil-A, always crave it on Sunday’s when they’re closed #CatholicProblems.” D.L.
