Shirley Caesar performed the “You Name It” remix on Tuesday’s premiere of “Little Big Shots: Forever Young.” Watch the video below!

After their success with “Little Big Shots,” which features “the world’s most talented and extraordinary kids,” producers Ellen DeGeneres and Steve Harvey were inspired to create a spinoff focusing on those who may not be young in age, but are still young in spirit. DeGeneres amusingly tweeted before the first episode, “Tonight is the premiere of @NBCLilBigShots #ForeverYoung! It’s like Little Big Shots, but the Big Shots are bigger and a little wrinklier.”

While Caesar is far from undiscovered, she’s certainly deserving of being showcased on the variety show. The remarkable gospel singer has won 11 Grammy Awards over her six-decade career. She started recording at just 13 years old and has released more than 40 albums. Her last, Fill This House, came out just last year, and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Gospel Album. She will be bestowed with an honorary Grammy for Lifetime Achievement next month.

Caesar, who was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2016, is also a pastor, and one of her music-fueled sermons went viral last year, sparking the “U Name It Challenge.” Host Harvey, who has known Caesar for years, introduced her as someone who has “achieved more in her 78 years than most people do in their lifetimes.” When she joined him on stage, Caesar asked, “Why would you tell my age?” The comedian amusingly sputtered in response, “I didn’t. They put that on, that lady over there put it in the teleprompter.”

After some more laughs, Caesar was joined by a gospel choir to perform the “You Name It” remix, which was based on her old song, “Hold My Mule.” Check out the video below!
