A new story about Selena Gomez thinking Justin Bieber's "soft lips" make him the "best kisser ever" is 100 percent made-up. Gossip Cop can expose HollywoodLife for once again completely fabricating a story about the rekindled couple. As we've previously noted, despite the untrustworthy site's assertion that its information comes from a "source close to the couple," Bieber and Gomez themselves have publicly blasted that blog for being untruthful.
In its latest concocted piece, the aptly nicknamed HollywoodLies has taken the couple's very public make-out at the Los Angeles Valley Ice Center in Ventura, California on Wednesday and used it to create a fictional story about Gomez's private thoughts about kissing Bieber. The serial fibbers at that site allege a source "close" to Gomez shared with the outlet "what it's like making out with her first love again."
That's interesting because, as Gossip Cop has repeatedly pointed out, Gomez told her millions of followers on Instagram a few years ago that the blog is "never true. Ever." Gomez also publicly called HollywoodLife "the worst" in a Billboard article. So, why would anyone believe that a source "close" to her would now leak anything to that site?
The answer is one shouldn't. And it's not just Gomez and a number of other stars who have called the outlet liars. As Gossip Cop has also reported, Bieber himself called the site "garbage" on Instagram and has felt its fabricated stories were so "untruthful and hurtful" that he called for the website to be shut down (see below).
With that as background, let's look at the seemingly made-up quotations that the site alleges came from a "source close to the couple." According to HollywoodLies, its "source" says, "Selena loves kissing Justin, because not only is he really cute, but he has soft, full, kissable lips." The same almost assuredly fabricated "source" adds (possibly during recess) how Gomez really enjoy's Bieber's "long, soft, wet kisses" and "thinks he is the best kisser ever."
Does anyone really believe a "source" told that to the repeatedly discredited site? It's obvious the two enjoy kissing each other, based on all the photos of them making out on Wednesday. But no one legitimately connected to the two singers told that to HollywoodLies. And have you ever wondered why you've never read stories like that one on People's website, for example? That's because they don't manufacture untrue articles.
Just click the search icon on Gossip Cop (above) and type the words "HollywoodLife" and "Selena Gomez" and/or "Justin Bieber" and you'll be astounded by the sheer number of provably false stories that blog has published. Basically, it takes whatever news was broken by other outlets and then pretends to have unique angles. For example, after the photos emerged from the hockey rink, the site concocted an article about how Bieber loves making out with Gomez. And in advance of Sunday's American Music Awards, the outlet crafted a phony piece about how Bieber is "showering" Gomez with TLC before the AMAs.
Based on the widely distributed photos at the hockey rink, there's no doubt Bieber and Gomez like kissing each other. There's even less of a doubt, based on Gossip Cop''s investigating, that no one "close to the couple" is sharing personal information with HollywoodLies. If you want fan-fiction and fake news, that site has plenty of it. But if you want fact-checked stories, there's just one Gossip Cop.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
