Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift do not have “bad blood” between them, nor did the former “ditch” her friend after rehab, despite a made-up report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this fake news story that claims the women are in a feud. We’re told it’s completely “false.”

According to RadarOnline, there is “some serious ‘Bad Blood’ right now” between the two singers, which has led Gomez to “shut out” Swift. The webloid alleges Gomez’s “counselors” have advised her to steer clear of Swift. A so-called “source” tells the repeatedly discredited site, “Since Selena got out of rehab, she has been cutting out all of the bad influences in her life — and that definitely included Taylor.”

Swift is too “wild” to be around, and her friendship is “toxic to the fragile” Gomez, contends the outlet. Its same suspect “insider” further alleges, “Taylor is always trying to one-up Selena, and make it look like Selena is just lucky to be her friend.” “Selena is just completely over it,” notes the webloid’s ill-informed “source,” who adds that Gomez is now surrounding “herself with positive influences” and “Taylor, unfortunately, does not make the cut anymore.”

This is all very dramatic and wrong. Remember, RadarOnline is the same site that Gossip Cop exclusively corrected when it posted a fake news story about Swift wanting to date Bradley Cooper, a claim the actor called “horses**t” two years later while appearing on “The Howard Stern Show.” It’s also the same webloid that wrongly reported Swift dissed Miley Cyrus at a VMAs party in her house. Among the problems with that article was that Swift never had a VMAs house party.

Nor is the outlet any better with its Gomez stories. Just three months ago, Gossip Cop shot down the webloid’s fake news about Gomez causing Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce. It was a total lie, and so is the new article about there being “bad blood” between Gomez and Swift. A source close to the situation exclusively assures Gossip Cop the claim about Gomez ditching Swift is “totally false.”
