Scott Disick is not planning to get "revenge on the Kardashians," despite a report. Gossip Cop has learned the story, which comes from the tabloids, was made up.
"Scott Disick strikes back at ex Kourtney Kardashian by exposing family's darkest secrets," states In Touch. According to a so-called "insider" for the tabloid, the party-heavy star has been "cut off from doing any more filming with the Kardashians" in the wake of his wild behavior in Cannes and other locales over the last few weeks. "He knows his ride on the gravy train is over," the gossip magazine's supposed source claims.
Now Disick "wants revenge," contends the outlet, whose snitch asserts he's "gearing up to do a complete take-down of the Kardashians." This "insider" alleges the father of three has been "compiling a 10-year dossier on the family," which supposedly "includes the dirty tactics Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Kris Jenner use against their enemies, how scripted 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' really is, and the women's innermost secrets."
The publication deems the potential release of the material the women's "worst nightmare." The tabloid's purported tipster further asserts, "Scott is fielding offers from production companies for his own docuseries that would focus on his many issues with the family. Book offers are also being proposed. A "second insider" acknowledges that Disick could be sued, since he long ago signed a non-disclosure agreement, but still insists, "He's already running his mouth to all his hookups, telling them the family's secrets. He knows everything, and he's telling all."
But there's a few problems with these allegations. There is that aforementioned NDA, and Disick couldn't possibly do a reality show about his "issues" with the Kardashians without the Kardashians' consent. This article also alleges Disick no longer wants to work with Jenner on a house-flipping reality show, but that's not what he himself said just days ago. "We're thinking about doing it. We're not 100 percent sure what we wanna do, but that would be probably be pretty exciting," Disick said in an interview.
Furthermore, far from being cut-off from the famous clan, Disick is still tied to the family as he remains in his children's lives. He stepped out with Penelope and Mason just last week. While his partying certainly makes some question his parenting abilities, he is well aware that publishing a tell-all book on the Kardashians would likely sever his ties to Kourtney and the kids for good. That is not something he wants.
Additionally, the tabloids have been down this road before. In March, Gossip Cop busted In Touch sister publication Life & Style for falsely claiming in a cover story that Disick was writing a tell-all book. There's been other similar untrue tales over the years that we've debunked, too. Nothing's changed. Gossip Cop is assured Disick still isn't telling all, and the tabloids are still making up stories.
Gossip Cop believes there to be elements of truth, but the story is ultimately misleading.
