Scott Disick is reportedly filming a new reality show pilot about house-flipping. Kris Jenner is producing the project, which does not yet have a series order.

Disick has explored his interest in real estate in recent years, buying up a number of properties. Some he later sold, turning a profit. That seems to be the inspiration for his potential new series. The show would focus on Disick and his business partner buying homes with the help of a realtor. A contractor would then come in and make changes with the guys’ input. And then the group would ideally sell the residence for more than they originally paid.

According to TMZ, the program is tentatively titled “Royally Flipped.” Production on a pilot presentation is currently underway, after which E! will have first-look rights, as both Disick and Jenner are under contract with the channel. If the network declines to pick up the show to series, they’ll be free to shop the project elsewhere.

Jenner, of course, is already executive producer on all of the Kardashian-Jenner reality shows, including the upcoming “Life Of Kylie.” The news of Disick teaming up with his pseudo-mother-in-law comes a few weeks after Gossip Cop busted reports falsely claiming Disick was doing a reality show with Tyga. The untrue allegation was started by OK!, which wrongly alleged the pals were planning an R-rated series about their “bad-boy lifestyles.”

The tabloid insisted the supposed show would focus on Disick and Tyga cavorting around with women, but Gossip Cop noted that E! would not air a separate series about Disick’s love life when he’s currently a cast member on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” which is documenting his up-and-down relationship with Kourtney Kardashian. Furthermore, Gossip Cop exclusively learned that the guys hadn’t even heard of this alleged project until the gossip magazine ran the story claiming they were working on it.

Unsurprisingly, HollywoodLife picked up the inaccurate allegations and then ran its own made-up article about Tyga using the purported reality show to get “revenge” on Kylie Jenner. The webloid even claimed Disick was happy seeing “Kylie and Kourtney freak out” about their plans. But again, there was no such plan for a joint show in the first place. And now it’s clear Disick not only has something else in mind, but also has the family matriarch on board.
