Sandra Bullock is not planning a secret wedding to boyfriend Bryan Randall, nor are the two adopting a child together, despite a new tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this false report.
The latest issue of Star blares on its cover, "Sandra's Secret! Married! Adopting Baby No. 3!" And while the front page gives the impression that Bullock and Randall have already wed, the accompanying article claims the actress is just in the process of planning nuptials to her boyfriend of two years, as well as adopting a third child to go along with her 7-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter, who she adopted respectively in 2010 and 2015.
"Bryan broached the subject of marriage before, only Sandy fended him off," a supposed "source" tells the outlet. "But once a third child came into the conversation, he was able to wear down her resistance. Bryan loves Sandy's kids Louis and Laila so much, and his desire to raise another little one with her likely swayed her." The repeatedly discredited magazine further purports to know the details of Bullock's supposed upcoming ceremony, saying it will be a small gathering held at her ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Despite the couple not having walked down the aisle yet, the tabloid's "source" jumps forward to theorize what would happen if the purported future marriage ended in divorce. "I'm sure she would want a prenup," says the questionable insider. "It's standard practice in Hollywood, and given how wealthy she is he could get at least $1 million a year."
But Gossip Cop looked into the tabloid's rundown of Bullock's supposed marriage and adoption plans, and a source close to the actress exclusively assures us the report is "false." She simply isn't in the process of doing either right now. Should Bullock's plans change sometime in the future, Gossip Cop will report it, but the actress is not currently taking those major steps in her life.
In fact, we busted Star's sister publication, OK!, back in June when it similarly claimed Bullock and Randall were getting married. There was no wedding in the works two months ago, and that remains the case. And last year, Star's other sister outlet, the National Enquirer, wrongly reported Bullock was getting married at a castle in Germany. Obviously, no such event took place. This latest cover story is equally fabricated.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
