Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are not fighting “nonstop,” despite a false tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “not true.”

According to Star, the couple’s three-year marriage is a “flop,” and they “fight nonstop.” A so-called “insider” tells the tabloid, “There isn’t much they agree on right now.” Among their issues, claims the magazine, are where to live, household chores, and how to parent their 15-month-old daughter James.

The tabloid’s supposed “source” says, “Blake refuses to do chores; she expects Ryan to do it all,” before also alleging that the actress would rather move back to Los Angeles than remain in rustic Bedford, New York. The magazine’s questionable “insider” adds, “She likes to cook sometimes, but she makes such a huge mess, and leaves Ryan to take care of it.”

The magazine goes on to falsely report that Reynolds and Lively’s parenting is a source of “tension.” “As soon as Ryan walks in the door, she passes the parenting baton. It’s like she wants him to change every dirty diaper,” says the tabloid’s soon-to-be-discredited “insider.” The outlet further claims they’re also fighting over whether to have another child.

Gossip Cop naturally looked into the tabloid assertions, and a rep for the couple exclusively assures us it’s all “not true.” In fact, Reynolds and Blake stepped out in Washington D.C. on Thursday night at a White House State Dinner in honor of Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau, and were the picture of happiness (see above).

Of course, this is far from the first time Gossip Cop has corrected Star for its false reports about the couple. Just last month, we debunked an inaccurate claim that Reynolds was furious over Leonardo DiCaprio allegedly flirting with Lively. The tabloid’s latest rumor about Reynold and Lively supposedly fighting “nonstop” is equally false.
