Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart do not have plans to reunite for a new movie, despite a late and wrong report that Gossip Cop already busted. We can once again set the record straight on this issue. We're told the Twilight co-stars aren't planning to work together.
Earlier this week, OK! wrongly reported that Pattinson and Stewart were teaming up again on a film that would be vastly different from their blockbuster franchise. However, sources close to the situation told us that no such project was in the works. Unfortunately, that hasn't stopped the unreliable blog Celebrity Insider from regurgitating the inaccurate story, while adding a few false details of its own.
The site asserts that both the actor and actress have reservations about reuniting on-screen because of "the hysteria they will create amongst Twilight fans." Without any concrete evidence to back up its assertion, the outlet then insists that "fans are still holding out hope that they'll get back together." Of course, Pattinson and Stewart both moved on from their relationship a long time ago.
The blog also contends that Stewart is willing to meet up with her ex-boyfriend to discuss the project, but this alleged tidbit is nowhere to be found in the original article, so it's unclear how Celebrity Insider learned such a scoop. From there, the site takes a left turn and references the baseless rumors that Pattinson "got cozy" with Bella Hadid at the Dior Homme show in Paris, which never happened. There's no logical reason for Hadid to have been arbitrarily dragged into this story.
Also, Pattinson has a number of films already lined up in the next few years, and Stewart has several movies in the works as well, but none of those projects are the same. Regardless, Gossip Cop can confirm that there's no movie in the early stages of production that might feature the two, nor has either of them been approached about reuniting.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
