Rihanna hoping Hassan Jameel will help her "forget about Chris Brown" is nothing more than yet another fake news story from HollywoodLife. The site, which has a well-documented history of fabricating articles about Rihanna, appears to be trying to make up a new angle to her budding romance with the wealthy Saudi Arabian. But Gossip Cop is once again assured the blog is not speaking to anyone close to the singer.

This time around, the routinely disproven outlet has one of its seemingly manufactured sources covering all the bases. It's highly suspect "source" first says that Brown "still is the love of her life," followed by "she's definitely falling for Hassan." The faux insider then noncommittally adds, "It's still too early to know how far [Rihanna and Jameel] can go." Lastly, the supposed "source" blathers, "She hopes he can make her trust again and forget about Chris and all the others." But if a reader actually pays attention to these questionable quotes (and feel free to look at them again), you'll notice the untrustworthy blog has really offered zero insight into where Rihanna stands with Jameel.

That's because HollywoodLies, as it's known, appears to not really have any credible Rihanna sources. In fact, just five weeks ago, Gossip Cop busted the site when its same alleged insiders absurdly claimed Rihanna was pregnant with either Drake or Chris Brown's baby. That's funny, the webloid doesn't mention anything in its new article about her supposed pregnancy or how it might affect her relationship with Jameel. And that's because the outlet often publishes one fabrication after another.

Of course, Gossip Cop has already busted HollywoodLife for making up fake news about Rihanna's relationship with Jameel. And sadly, we have a feeling this latest correction, which predictably dragged Chris Brown into it, will not be our last. In fact, having covered HollywoodLies for so long, we almost fully expect the repeatedly discredited blog to find an angle about Rihanna believing Jameel is "the one" and wanting to have babies with him. Stay tuned.

Our Verdict

Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
