Pink performed “What About Us” on “SNL.” The song is the first single off her new album, Beautiful Trauma. See the video below of Pink’s performance of “What About Us” on “Saturday Night Live.”

This is the third time Pink has been tapped to be the musical guest on “SNL.” She made her debut on the show back in 2002 when Josh Hartnett hosted the late-night sketch comedy series. At the time she performed “Get The Party Started” and “Don’t Let Me Get Me,” as well as starred in a skit with Tracy Morgan. Pink came back the following you to provide the music when Al Sharpton was the host.

This is not the first time Pink has performed “What About Us” on TV. As Gossip Cop reported at the time, the singer sang her hit in August at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards during which she was also presented with the Video Vanguard Award. The politically tinged music video for the song features gay and lesbian couples, minorities, and immigrants dancing in the streets with police cars lights focused on them, as well as in the desert with a helicopter flying above them. Released less than two months ago, to date the video for “What About Us” has been viewed more than 92 million times.

In the U.S., the song hit number 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It also reached number 1 on the Dance Club Songs chart, number 8 on the Adult Contemporary chart, and number 14 on the Mainstream Top 40 chart.

The singer is appearing on “SNL” in support of Beautiful Trauma, which was released on Friday. A day before her latest appearance on “Saturday Night Live,” Pink posted on Instagram, “Snl Saturday.
