Do Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban get Botox together, as a tabloid is claiming? No, they don't. Gossip Cop can confirm the story is bogus.
Life & Style published an article this week saying the famous couple "have avoided the worry and frown lines that come with 13 years of marriage with the help of a skilled plastic surgeon." The tabloid quotes a so-called "source close to the couple" as saying, "It's no secret that Nicole and Keith do everything together, including Botox."
The unnamed source adds, "They've gone in for solo treatments, of course, but they also have a cosmetic surgeon who comes to see them in the privacy of their own home." The alleged tipster says neither Kidman nor Urban "are opposed to a little filler and a few injections to smooth out some wrinkles and keep the spark in their relationship alive."
The whole story is false. Kidman has gone on the record as saying she tried Botox once and didn't like it. Kidman opened up about plastic surgery in an interview a few years back, saying, "No surgery for me, I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it and now I can finally move my face again." Meanwhile, Gossip Cop ran this latest article by Urban's spokesperson, who laughed it off and added, "Good lord, what won't they say?"
Despite strong denials from both sides, the tabloids have kept up this narrative about Kidman and Urban getting Botox treatments. In October 2018, NW falsely claimed Kidman was "binging" on Botox. Just one week later, Life & Style's sister publication, the Globe, published a similarly phony story alleging Urban was on a Botox binge. Gossip Cop busted both reports, which separate reps for both stars confirmed were false.
Life & Style itself has a terrible track record when it comes to news about the couple. In a July cover story, the tabloid alleged Kidman and Urban were headed for a split after a tense trip to Australia. The headline of that article proclaimed, "She Binges On Botox After Keith Walks Out." That ridiculous allegation was debunked by Gossip Cop as soon as It emerged. The tabloid's latest article makes no mention of the couple having "split" just two months ago, as it claimed was the case.
In the two months since we corrected the divorce rumors, Kidman and Urban have remained happily together. The untrustworthy publication clearly doesn't have a handle on what's going on with the couple. One thing is for certain, they're not bonding over Botox treatments.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
