Nicole Kidman is not feuding with Amber Heard on the set of Aquaman, despite a made-up report from one particularly unreliable tabloid. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this bogus claim.

The allegation comes from the National Enquirer, which blares in a headline, “Nicole vs. Amber, Drama Down Under!” In its article, the tabloid goes on to contend that Aquaman’s “leading ladies” are headed for an “epic clash” on set in Australia after Kidman was “ice cold” towards Heard at a preproduction meeting in Los Angeles. A so-called “source” tells the outlet, “Nicole didn’t like how Amber treated [her friend] Johnny Depp during their divorce.”

What’s more, the magazine’s questionable insider further purports, “It doesn’t help that [Kidman] has little respect for Amber as an actress,” or that Heard’s role in the movie is “bigger” than Kidman’s. “She thinks Amber’s getting by on social climbing and good looks rather than talent,” adds the supposed snitch, but Heard’s alleged “forceful personality” means she’s “guaranteed to snap” when Kidman arrives on set.

Let Gossip Cop set the record straight on the Enquirer’s latest feud tale. A rep for Kidman assures us the entire report is “not true,” as the actresses are not caught in a so-called “feud” that will supposedly explode on the set of Aquaman. We’re further told by another impeccable source that there are no issues between Kidman and Heard, despite the magazine’s bizarre and unfounded story. It’s all lies.

Of course, this isn’t the first time Gossip Cop has corrected the outlet for its lack of reporting skills on the “Big Little Lies” star. In February, we debunked the supermarket tabloid for falsely alleging Kidman was becoming anorexic over her marriage problems with Keith Urban. And shortly before that ridiculous claim, we called out the publication for wrongly claiming Urban had discovered Kidman’s “secret sex journals.” Clearly, neither report was true, and the same goes for this latest fabrication.
