Michael Strahan and Robin Roberts are NOT fighting on the set of “Good Morning America,” despite yet another inaccurate tabloid report. Gossip Cop can debunk this claim. We’re told it’s “not true.”

“Robin vs. Michael, Bad Morning America,” reads a headline in this week’s Star, which claims the cohosts were locked in an intense and heated exchange while recently filming the morning show. The publication included a series of photos of what it claims to be evidence of a “recent on-set blow up” between the two cohosts and one of the show’s producers. A so-called “source” tells the outlet, “It happened at 8 a.m. right before they cut to a break. Things eventually calmed down, but they didn’t cool off, Michael ended up filming the rest of his spots on a different floor.” “Things seemed really intense between them,” concludes the magazine’s questionable tipster.

Gossip Cop, however, already debunked this seemingly made-up story when the National Enquirer made the same false claim only days ago. The supermarket tabloid falsely alleged Strahan and Roberts were feuding behind-the-scenes of “GMA,” but an impeccable source close to Strahan exclusively assured us the report was “not true.” The cohosts were not fighting on the set of the morning show, and any claims made otherwise are simply inaccurate. What’s more, the man featured in the pictures with Strahan and Roberts on-set, who Star claims to be a producer, was simply a guest on the show.

Of course, this isn’t the first time Gossip Cop has busted the often disproven outlet for its untrue tales about Strahan. In December, we corrected the publication for falsely alleging Strahan was begging Kelly Ripa to give him his co-hosting job back at “Live.” That wasn’t true, and the same goes for this latest fake news story.
