Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas’ divorce is finalized, a year and a half after the former couple split.

As Gossip Cop reported, Griffith filed for divorce in June 2014 after 18 years of marriage. Citing “irreconcilable differences,” the actress asked for both child and spousal support, and sought sole custody of their daughter Stella. Now the details of the final divorce agreement are out.

Banderas will pay Griffith $65,000 a month in spousal support. He will get to keep profits from films he made between 1996, when they wed, until 2004, and she will have the same rights to her own. After 2004, they apparently agreed to split profits on their movies that were made until their separation in 2014.

While Griffith will keep their home in Aspen, where she frequently vacations, she and Banderas have already sold their Los Angeles estate and have split the proceeds. As for other property, the stars are reportedly dividing their art collection, according to TMZ.

The finalization of the divorce comes six months after Gossip Cop exclusively debunked a National Enquirer story that falsely claimed Griffith and Banderas were getting back together. At the time, a source told us the reconciliation allegation was not true. Clearly, we were correct.

In fact, Banderas has been dating Nicole Kimpel for nearly a year. He and Griffith are pictured above in 2012.
