Meghan Markle‘s family is not pushing her and Prince Harry to “have a baby right away,” despite a made-up report. Gossip Cop can correct this fake news.
Since Prince Harry and Markle announced their engagement, HollywoodLife has peddled a slew of untrue stories about the newly engaged couple. For instance, Gossip Cop corrected the often discredited website earlier this week when it falsely alleged Kate Middleton and Markle were “total BFFs.” While the two women have gotten to know each other better over the past year, no one close to Middleton or Markle is sharing personal information like that with site that’s often referred to as HollywoodLies.
Now the website, which routinely quoting suspiciously untraceable sources, asserts Markle’s family wants the former “Suits” actress to get pregnant as soon as possible. A seemingly fake “insider” supposedly tells the website, “Markle’s mom in particular is looking to be a grandmother.” The outlet’s probably made-up source adds, “[Doria] feels that Meghan is stunning, Harry is handsome and that they will make gorgeous babies together.”
Let’s examine these almost assuredly manufactured quotations. Would someone close to the brunette really say “Markle’s mom” as opposed to “Meghan’s mom”? Then the often untrustworthy site’s alleged source states, “Meghan is stunning.” In the real world, there would be consistency between names, as well as the usage of pronouns like “she.” But when repeatedly disproven blogs like HollywoodLies concoct quotations, they almost never use pronouns because it’s easier to fabricate sentences and make points using people’s first names. Also, of all the things Markle’s mother would focus on, in terms of future grandchildren, does anyone believe she would immediately note how her daughter is “stunning” and Prince Harry is “gorgeous”?
It should be abundantly clear at this point that once again HollywoodLies has manufactured yet another tall tale. As Gossip Cop has noted on numerous occasions, no one remotely close to the actress is feeding the unreliable outlet with inside information about her family. Basically, it appears the site took publicly made remarks and is pretending to have exclusive dish.
In their post-engagement interview with the BBC on Monday, both Prince Harry and Markle revealed they want to have kids soon. “I think one step at a time and hopefully we’ll start a family in the near future,” explained Prince Harry. Once again, HollywoodLife has published another fake news story. Meanwhile Gossip Cop will continue to separate fact from fiction.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
