A new report alleges Meghan Markle and Prince Harry want to conceive a baby while on their honeymoon, but the story is entirely made-up. Gossip Cop can correct this fabrication.

The baseless allegation can be found in the latest issue of Star, which reads in a new headline, “Oh, Baby! Meghan & Harry Planning A Honeymoon Knock-Up.” In the accompanying article, the magazine suspiciously asserts that Prince Harry and his “bride-in-waiting” have “babymaking on the brain,” even before they’ve walked down the aisle. A so-called “source” is then quoted as saying, “Meg and Harry love kids and can’t wait to start their own big family,” adding, “She’s 36, so they don’t want to wait much longer.”

The outlet’s alleged “palace spy” goes on to purport, “Meghan and Harry have been eating organic foods to increase their fertility. They have their heart set on a romantic honeymoon conception!” But Gossip Cop investigated, and a source close to the “Suits” actress tells us the story is “made-up.” While the premise of the report is plausible, with it being likely that the couple will want to start a family once they’re married, we’re told that no one from Markle’s camp or Kensington Palace is talking to the tabloid.

Bizarrely, the publication’s latest tale is rather contradictory to one particular article it published last year. Remember, Gossip Cop previously called out the magazine for falsely alleging Markle was pregnant with Prince Harry’s baby. In that bogus story, the publication wrongly reported that the royal, who was “ready to be a dad,” had impregnated his girlfriend. The tabloid even went so far as to claim that the baby was due in the following spring. Evidently, the often disproven tabloid is clueless when it comes to reporting on the couple, and can’t keep up with its own stories.
