Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas came back strong on Tuesday’s “Dancing With The Stars.” They nailed a salsa to Ricky Campanelli’s “Mani Picao.” Watch the video below of their performance on Latin Night.

The professional violinist began the season in the top spot, having earned the highest score during the premiere with her cha cha. Thanks to her strong routine, Stirling received 22 out of a total 30 points. Judge Len Goodman praised, “Lovely leg action. Nice hip action.” “That for me was the dance of the night,” he further declared.

And while she didn’t have the highest score on Monday’s Ballroom Night, Stirling still did well with her quickstep to Jurassic 5’s “Swing Set,” which received 21 out of a possible 30 points. “I loved the dance,” said Goodman, who explained, “It was light. It was bright. It was fun. It was entertaining.” Meanwhile, Carrie Ann Inaba complimented Stirling for having a “natural elegance.”

Stirling herself was pleased with her dancing. Hours before Latin Night, she took to Instagram to post a photo of herself doing the quickstep, along with a caption that read, “Last night was amazing!! Thank you so much for your votes.” She added, “We have salsa tonight!”

On Tuesday, Stirling once again showed that she’s a force to be reckoned with. She and Ballas delivered with their salsa. About her routine, Bruno Tonioli said, “It left me breathless.” He couldn’t believe her unrelenting energy. Goodman felt, “Full-on, flat-out fabulous.” And Inaba remarked, “You are amazing.” As a result, the judges handed Stirling a score of 24 out of 30 points.
