Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas were perfect on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars” finals. For their redemption style dance, they did a quickstep to Royal Crown Revue’s “Barflies at the Beach.” Watch the video below.

Stirling decided to do the quickstep because it was the dance for which she received her lowest score all season. During week two of “Dancing With The Stars,” the famed violinist received straight sevens for a total of just 21 out of 30 points after her performance on “Ballroom Night.” As Gossip Cop reported at the time, Len Goodman called the routine “light” and “entertaining.” He further told Stirling, “I loved the dance.” Meanwhile, Carrie Ann Inaba expressed that she liked the musician’s “natural elegance” on the dance floor.

Since then, Stirling has upped her game and been a fierce competitor. In a season during which Jordan Fisher is favored to win the Mirrorball Trophy, Stirling has fought every week to outdo the singer and actor. And on a few occasions, she’s finished ahead of him. During Week Six, for instance, Stirling topped Fisher, who had a score of 39 out of 40 points, when she received a perfect score of 40 out of 40 for her Argentine tango.

Stirling is going into the finals with the second highest score. In the semifinals last week, she got 29 out of 30 points for her contemporary routine. She was then awarded 28 out of 30 points for her iconic dance, a tango to Calvin Harris’s “Feel So Close” that Meryl Davis and Maks Chmerkovskiy had performed in April 2014. Following the dance, Bruno Tonioli told the violinist, “I think you raised your game tonight.”

About her quickstep this Monday, Goodman said she was “awesome!” Guest judge Hough offered, “You nailed it.” Tonioli expressed, “It was elegant, well put together.” And Inaba felt, “You are the most improved.” For their redemption style dance, Stirling and Ballas earned 40 out of 40 points.
