Lin-Manuel Miranda rapped before Moana star Auli’i Cravalho sang “How Far I’ll Go” at the 2017 Oscars on Sunday. Watch below!

Cravalho voices the title character in the hit Disney movie, which came out last November. In the film, she sings the inspirational ballad, which was composed entirely by Miranda. This now marks the first time the two are performing the song together live on television.

Miranda composed a lot of other music for Moana, and worked on the project at the same time he was writing Hamilton. He recalled during a “GMA” interview last fall, “Moana was such a lovely break from writing Hamilton. It was like, ‘Okay, I’m not going to worry about the Founding Fathers right now. I’m going to go spend some time with Moana or spend some time with Maui and write those songs.'”

His hard work on both more than paid off. The Broadway musical, one of the biggest successes of all time, led Miranda to wins at both the Tonys and Grammy Awards. He’s also an Emmy Award winner, and if “How Far I’ll Go” now wins the Academy Award for Best Original Song, he’ll get an Oscar to complete the coveted EGOT.

He could also become only the third PEGOT winner in history, having already received a Pulitzer Prize. Check out full video of Miranda’s Oscars performance below!
