Lilli Passero Voice Audition Video

Lilli Passero had an impressive Blind Audition on “The Voice” on Tuesday. Check out the video below!

During the second night of season 12’s auditions, the 26-year-old actress and singer revealed she’s working as a waitress in Los Angeles to pay the bills. Passero said her song choice, Carla Thomas’ “A Love Of My Own,” was a “little bit risky” because of its old-school vibe. But most of the panel ate it up.

Blake Shelton hit his button first, and stood up to watch the rest of the performance. Gwen Stefani and Alicia Keys then turned around, too. “Wow,” Shelton exclaimed when Passero finished. “There is something so classic about her, and that note that you hit at the end!” He amusingly went on to ask, “Lilli, will you please pick me?”

More interestingly, Passero revealed she waited on Stefani once, and the No Doubt front woman said she was actually there with Shelton. The country superstar then joked that Stefani had called the waitress “rude.” But Keys wasn’t about to let them bond. She actually sang a pitch to convince Passero to join her team.

“Oh my god, what is happening?!” the contestant asked as Keys serenaded her, even working “Lilli” into the lyrics. No surprise, Passero picked Keys as her coach. Watch below!
