Lady Gaga sent pizza to fans in Montreal after canceling her concert scheduled for Monday night at the Bell Centre. Just hours before she was set to take the stage, the singer tweeted that she was “unable to perform” because she was “sick.” In addition to noting the concert will be rescheduled, Lady Gaga tried to make amends by ordering pizza for any fans who were outside her hotel. She noted it was the least she could do for her “most loyal fans.”

Earlier on Monday, Lady Gaga tweeted, “To my beautiful fans. I couldn’t be more devastated that I am unable to perform tonight. I sing this entire show live, and pride myself on giving it all, but when I sang in the rain at Citi Field I got sick and have been pushing through.” “I am so sorry to anyone who had their heart set on seeing me tonight. I love you,” added Lady Gaga, who performed at Citi Field in New York on August 28 and 29 and was even able to power through concerts at Fenway Park in Boston on September 1 and 2. But after resting her vocal cords, she realized Monday’s show wouldn’t happen.

In an effort to not disappoint her many supporters, Lady Gaga followed up the bad news with a tweet that read, “I’m sending free [pizza emoji] to any monsters outside my hotel The William Gray Montreal. I love u so much & I’m so sorry u are the most loyal fans.”

Her promoter, Live Nation, made no mention of Lady Gaga’s next two shows in Toronto on September 6 and 7, but noted in a statement, “Lady Gaga took today to rest but unfortunately, she has now been instructed by her doctors that she will need to reschedule this evening show due to respiratory infection and laryngitis.” Live Nation told fans to “hold onto their existing tickets,” which they’ll need for the rescheduled show.
