Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are not "over already," despite speculation from a site that similarly claimed they were on the verge of a breakup two months ago. Just as that tale was provably false, so is this one. Gossip Cop can bust it.
"Over Already? Kylie's Baby Daddy Travis Storms Out Of Couple's Hotel After Epic Fight," reads a headline from RadarOnline. In the wake of the couple's first joint interview for GQ, the website alleges they are "fighting like never before — and even got into an epic spat in New York City." The blog points out Jenner and Scott stepped out for dinner in New York this week, but claims they only dined for "45 minutes," and he later "stormed out" of his hotel "carrying a backpack and all of his clothes."
A so-called "eyewitness" is quoted as saying, "He seemed angry and was walking really fast. It was super abrupt; their bodyguards didn't even notice and when they figured it out, had to chase after him." The purported "onlooker" maintains, "It definitely looked like Kylie kicked Travis out!" There is no video or photo evidence to substantiate these contentions. And while a number of outlets did stories on Jenner and Scott's date night, no reputable publication has said anything about the evening being ruined by a fight that led them to go their separate ways.
The website's sister tabloid, OK!, is running an almost identical narrative on its own site, but also provides no evidence to back the claims up. The Hollywood Gossip is further fueling the storyline with a piece headlined, "Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott: Broken Up Following Massive Fight?!" That has no proof, either. But Gossip Cop can prove the couple is still together.
Only hours ago, a Twitter user shared video of Scott and Jenner walking hand-in-hand at a venue in Portugal, where they traveled for the Super Bock Super Rock festival. And on Friday, an image was posted on Instagram of the pair sprawled out side by side in a car. Clearly, whatever did or didn't happen in New York, the couple is not "over already."
This obviously inaccurate claim comes roughly two months after RadarOnline wrongly alleged Jenner and Scott were both "ready to move on" and split. Gossip Cop debunked that story with a wealth of readily available evidence, and time has since proven our reporting was correct. The same will happen here, particularly with the stars expected to travel to Paris on Saturday for Scott's Lollapalooza show.
UPDATE: Just as Gossip Cop said would happen, Jenner and Scott spent the weekend in Paris.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
