A new story claiming Kylie Jenner is "retiring from celebrity life" is completely made-up. Gossip Cop can correct this report, which comes from a website known for its fabricated stories. We're told it's "ridiculous."
According to the serial fibbers at HollywoodLife, Jenner's "alleged pregnancy" has "changed her life," so much so that she's "willing to give up showbiz." A so-called "source" is quoted as telling the often discredited website, "She wants to be out of the spotlight right now, and she just wants to focus on getting ready for the baby." The purported insider continues to claim that the reality star has even "talked about wanting to be out of the public eye permanently."
The outlet's questionable "source" goes on to conveniently add that Jenner's family "isn't really buying this 'retirement' talk." "Everyone is taking that with a pinch of salt. Kris [Jenner] thinks there's no way Kylie is ready for a peaceful, quiet, regular life just yet, and that once she's had the baby she will want to be back out there," contends the website's almost assuredly fake tipster.
Of course, the blog basically wanted to do a piece that falsely maintains Jenner is "retiring," but threw in that her family "isn't really buying" it in case she doesn't "give up showbiz." But the only ones who shouldn't be "really buying" it are the readers of HollywoodLies, as it's known. If the untrustworthy site had a reputable "source," as it contends, it would know Jenner is actually expecting a baby with Travis Scott rather than hedging by referring to her "alleged pregnancy." Gossip Cop, however, has been told on several occasions that no one remotely close to Jenner is feeding that outlet stories about the 100 percent pregnant cosmetics mogul and reality star.
And while it's been widely reported that Jenner wants to stay out of the spotlight until after the birth of her first child, she isn't completely "retiring from celebrity life." After she spends time bonding with her baby, Jenner will be back out there. Comically, the latest fabrication comes from the same website that previously claimed Jenner was "missing the spotlight" while pregnant. Simply, HollywoodLife can't keep track of its lies anymore. Still, Gossip Cop fact-checked with a source close to Jenner who tells us on background that the site's story is "ridiculous."
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
