A story claiming Kylie Jenner "fears" Tyga will "release intimate videos" filmed when they were dating is made up. Gossip Cop can reveal the truth.

After claiming earlier this week that Khloe Kardashian "fears" Lamar Odom will reveal "secrets" in a "tell-all book," HollywoodLife is running a suspiciously similar headline about another former Kardashian-Jenner couple. "Kylie Jenner & Tyga: She Fears He Will Release 'Intimate Videos' After Split," blares the title. The accompanying article begins, "Wait a minute, do Kylie Jenner and Tyga actually have a sex tape? has EXCLUSIVELY learned that she's worried about her ex releasing 'intimate videos' after their split."

"Did Kylie Jenner, 19, just confirm that she and Tyga, 27, have a sex tape? Technically she didn't use those exact words, but the former couple definitely filmed 'intimate videos' over the course of their 3-year on/off relationship," contends the site. Technically she didn't use those exact words? The truth is Jenner said nothing at all. So, no, she did not "confirm" she and Tyga have a sex tape.

This story was spawned only because of a new song from Tyga, which contains the lyrics, "Reaching for my phone/Let me record that ass/Let me record that ass/If the sh*t leak/don't be mad." On the same track, which is called "Run It Back," collaborator Young Thug references Jenner by name, saying, "Like Kylie/I'm with Tyga/ We the perfect match." Just hours after posting a piece that highlighted those lyrics, HollywoodLies followed up with this "exclusive," which uses the song as the basis for the reality star's supposed "fears" that Tyga will actually leak a sex tape.

"It's public declarations like this, whether it's true or not, that has Kylie worrying," contends the webloid. A so-called "source" is quoted as saying, "Kylie and Travis were obsessed with making personal videos when they dated." Now read that line again. It says "Kylie and Travis," when this story is about Jenner and Tyga, not Jenner and current boyfriend Travis Scott. Now, this could be an innocent typo. Or it could be evidence of a telling screw-up while writing this fictional tale.

In any case, this purported snitch supposedly goes on to tell the site, "There was barely a moment of their lives that they didn't capture on their phones, some of which was extremely intimate. She would hate for certain videos to get out... She doesn't want any of those videos to come back to haunt her." But Gossip Cop is told that no one close to Jenner is discussing such a, well, intimate subject with HollywoodLies. If such footage does exist, and we could not confirm that it even does, the teen wouldn't be wanting to draw attention to a potential leak by having someone in her inner circle spout off about it to a dubious website.

It's also worth noting that it's quite likely Tyga has learned from the current scandal, and potential criminal case, involving his ex Blac Chyna and Jenner's brother, Rob Kardashian. If the rapper were to release a sex tape featuring Jenner, he could be hit with not just a restraining order, but criminal charges for violating California's law against revenge porn. Jenner, of course, is no doubt aware of this, too.

There's also reason to doubt HollywoodLies actually has sources close to either star. Just a few weeks ago, the outlet was speculating Tyga was "missing" Jenner because of lyrics on a song called "Move To L.A." Before that, the online publication had an "exclusive" asserting he had "unresolved issues" with her and wanted to "meet." And yet the rapper himself said just days ago that he's over her, point-blank stating in an interview, "I'm not in love no more."

As for Jenner, HollywoodLies spent much of the last month and a half wrongly speculating she and Scott had split. If the webloid actually had a "source" close to her, it wouldn't have needed to speculate. Gossip Cop would also be remiss if we didn't point out all the times over the years that the site falsely claimed Jenner and Tyga were getting married. With all that in mind, it appears this latest instance is just more creative writing, fake news that was manufactured just because of a new song. And should Jenner actually have feelings about the lyrics, Gossip Cop is told no one close to her is going to be running to tell HollywoodLies about it.
