Kylie Jenner DJ Debut

Kylie Jenner is NOT set to make her “DJ debut,” despite a claim. Gossip Cop can help set the record straight.

On Thursday, Foxtail Nightclub at the SLS Las Vegas announced on Twitter, “We’re going BIG #MDW with a debut DJ set by @KylieJenner + Special Guest!” The resort itself also posted, “We’re excited to welcome style icon @KylieJenner to @foxtailatsls on 5/29 for her highly anticipated DJ debut! #MDW.” The venue even made a poster (see right), touting the star’s alleged Memorial Day weekend appearance.

But according to Jenner herself, it’s not happening. She bluntly tweeted in response, “This isn’t true.” Neither SLS or Foxtail have responded to her denial. But Foxtail’s website is also promoting the gig, and lists tickets for sale with prices ranging from $35 to $55, though tables are going for as much as $8,000. “The SLS Las Vegas and Foxtail Nightclub are proud to present MDW Sunday 2016 with Kylie Jenner’s First Ever DJ Set & Vegas Appearance,” reads the description.

It’s not clear if Jenner isn’t booked at all, or if she simply won’t be spinning tunes. Gossip Cop is seeking clarification. It’s also worth noting that Jenner is under 21, making her a surprising choice for a club DJ set slated to go from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.

UPDATE: SLS Las Vegas and Foxtail have pulled the event from social media and its websites after discovering they were duped by a fake booker wrongly claiming to represent Jenner.
