Kristen Stewart did NOT use her performance on “Saturday Night Live” to “shade” Robert Pattinson, despite a manufactured report. Gossip Cop can correct this claim. We’re told it’s “false.”
According to the repeatedly discredited Celeb Dirty Laundry, Stewart used her recent hosting gig on “SNL” to send out a “clear message to the world,” pointing out the fact she is gay “several times” during the show in order to “shade” her ex-boyfriend. Without any sources or legitimate evidence, the often disproven site claims, “[Stewart told] the world that her relationship with the Twilight star was fake.” “Kristen made it clear that she is trying to put her Robert Pattinson and Twilight days behind her,” further contends the bad blog, adding, “She wants to be taken more seriously as a gay Hollywood actress in the entertainment industry.”
Let Gossip Cop set the record straight. A source close to Stewart assures us the report is completely “false,” as the actress did not use her performance on the show to intentionally shade Pattinson. As Gossip Cop reported, Stewart discussed Pattinson during her opening monologue on “Saturday Night Live,” but used her performance to mock Donald Trump, not her ex-boyfriend.
What’s more, in a racy sketch during the show, Stewart made out with Vanessa Bayer while making Totino’s pizza rolls for their men, who were watching the Super Bowl. Again, the sketch was not used to shade Pattinson, but to represent a woman who’s boring existence of always cooking pizza rolls for her husband was rocked when a hot woman joins her to carry out the same task. Once again, CDL’s seemingly fabricated article is simply yet another fake news story.
Of course, this is not the first time Gossip Cop has busted the notoriously unreliable website for its inaccurate stories on the actress. In January, we called out the site for falsely alleging Stewart was quitting acting to become a full-time director. And shortly before that tall-tale, we busted the webloid for wrongly claiming Stewart and Pattinson purposely avoided one another at the New York Film Festival in October. Neither story was true, and the same goes for this latest one.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
