Kristen Stewart is not “chasing Robert Pattinson again,” despite a bogus new tabloid report claiming the actress is trying to reconnect with her ex-boyfriend. The article also contends that she’s having problems with girlfriend Stella Maxwell, but Gossip Cop looked into the situation and we’ve exclusively learned the truth.

According to OK!, Stewart hopes to reunite with Pattinson behind her girlfriend’s back. A so-called “source” tells the magazine, “Kristen misses Rob when things aren’t going well in her life and right now things are tricky with Stella. When she and Stella are apart, it’s hard and when they’re together, it’s dramatic and filled with fighting.”

The outlet’s dubious insider continues, “She still has this sense of curiosity with Rob and keeps close tabs on him. There’s definitely a lot of unfinished business in her mind, and she wants to at least meet up and see if they can be friends.” But Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the situation, who exclusively assures us Stewart simply isn’t pining for her ex, nor is she thinking of getting in contact with him. The Twilight co-stars both moved on from their relationship a long time ago, despite OK!’s inability to do so.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first the publication has arbitrarily tried to reunite the exes. Gossip Cop previously called out the magazine for falsely claiming Pattinson was still “hung up” on Stewart. That same report also alleged the actor slammed her then-girlfriend Soko as a “gold digger.” Of course, we were assured neither accusation was remotely true. Shortly before that nonsense, Gossip Cop busted the tabloid for making up a phony story about FKA Twigs catching Pattinson calling Stewart. Naturally, reliable sources told us no such phone call ever took place. This latest article is equally fabricated.
