Kristen Stewart is threatening legal action against any website that publishes her hacked nude photos. The actress’s lawyer sent a takedown notice Tuesday to several of the outlets sharing the illegally obtained images.

As Gossip Cop reported, naked pictures of Stewart leaked online Monday following an apparent hack. The actress’s girlfriend Stella Maxwell can also be seen in a handful of the photos, and the supermodel has reportedly gotten her lawyers involved in the situation as well. Stewart, however, wasn’t the only celebrity targeted Monday. As Gossip Cop noted, nude photos of Katharine McPhee, Tiger Woods and his ex-girlfriend Lindsey Vonn also emerged online. Both Woods and Vonn have lawyered up as well.

In addition, a new set of explicit pictures of Miley Cyrus were hacked following her initial victimization in April. Maxwell, who briefly dated the singer, happens to appear in a few of her photos as well. The leaked images were possibly stolen from the supermodel’s iPhone based on her recurring appearance in both Cyrus and Stewart’s collection.

Meanwhile, Stewart’s attorney Scott Whitehead told TMZ that the websites publishing his client’s personal pictures are in violation of copyright laws. As of now, the nude photos of everyone involved in this latest hack are still posted on the websites in question.

As Gossip Cop reported, “Modern Family” star Sarah Hyland threatened legal action against any outlet that published her naked pictures after they leaked last month. Previous victims Amanda Seyfried and Lucy Hale were among the stars who successfully had their personal photos removed after getting attorneys involved. Gossip Cop has reached out to Stewart’s lawyer for additional information about the actress’s potential litigation.
