Kourtney Kardashian and Younes Bendjima never split, despite a report from exactly one year ago today that falsely claimed the two had split up. In fact, the still-together couple is currently enjoying a summer vacation in Italy. Exactly 365 days ago, a website maintained Kardashian broke Bendjima's heart, but it was wrong then and it remains untrue.
On July 3, 2017, RadarOnline blared in a headline, "It's Over! Kourtney Splits From Model Boy Toy Younes Bendjima." To back up its phony report, the outlet contended a so-called "source" said, "Kourtney broke Younes' heart. While they were in Cannes [in May] he told her that he was falling in love with her, but she just wasn't feeling the same way." The same alleged insider further asserted that Kourtney, 39, realized the 14-year gap between them was too much "and she could not relate to him."
Fast forward 12 months later and it's as clear as the water in the Mediterranean, where they're enjoying a loved-up holiday, that Kardashian and Benjima are still very much a couple and never split up, as claimed. In fact, on Sunday Kardashian and Bendjima were spotted kissing and looking happy in Portofino, Italy. Initially, they began their romantic summer getaway by themselves in Rome, but were then joined by her three kids. At one point, while still in Portofino, Bendjima played the dad role with Kardashian's son Reign during a boat ride.
Basically, RadarOnline was dead wrong about them breaking up. And it didn't even take long for the casual observer to see that, either. Just one month after it's fictitious story, Kardashian posted on Instagram a series of photos of them in Egypt. That, of course, was later followed by photos on Instagram of Kardashian and Bendjima celebrating the holidays together.
In May, Kardashian took Bendjima on a surprise birthday trip to the luxurious Amangiri resort in Utah. That same month, the in-love couple celebrated their one-year anniversary, with him sending her dozens of roses. And just today, Kardashian posted another Instagram photo with Bendjima of themselves on vacation.
Bendjima has not looked heartbroken once in any of the photos of them in the past year since the website falsely alleged "it's over." Nor has the reality star seemingly been concerned about their age difference, as wrongly asserted. Despite the outlet's report, Kardashian and Bendjima never split up, and the blog not surprisingly never issued a retraction or updated its tall tale with a correction.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
