Kourtney Kardashian is not "planning a fall wedding," despite a report claiming she's "set to marry her hot young fling," Younes Bendjima. Gossip Cop can reveal this story was made up.
The allegation comes from Life & Style, which blares in its new issue, "Finally! A Wedding For Kourtney." It's specifically alleged that she and Bendjima are "planning a fall wedding." A so-called "insider" is further quoted as saying, "She had never planned to tie the knot with anyone, but Younes changed all that. Kourtney is ready to be in a healthy relationship and walk down the aisle with him."
The tabloid goes on to contend Kardashian will ask her sisters to be bridesmaids while her kids will serve as the flower girl and ring bearers. And its supposed "source" tells the gossip magazine that momager Kris Jenner "wants Kourtney's wedding to help boost 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' ratings." "She's desperate to air it," claims the outlet's alleged snitch.
Although Kardashian is supposedly "resisting" the idea, there's purportedly another issue with Scott Disick, whom the publication's "insider" maintains went "ballistic" when he found out his ex plans to wed Bendjima. "Those close to Scott are concerned his partying will spiral even more out of control now," adds the magazine's "insider."
And while Gossip Cop can confirm Disick isn't happy about Kardashian's relationship, he has no reason to be "furious" and "fuming" over a wedding, because there's no marriage truly in the works. It's a made-up tale from the same tabloid that falsely claimed Kardashian and Disick were "eloping to Mexico" in early 2014. A few months later, the gossip magazine fabricated a story about Kardashian and sister Khloe having a "double wedding" with Disick and French Montana. A couple of years have now passed, and the siblings are still unwed.
That remains Kardashian's plan for the foreseeable future. She has no intention to "walk down the aisle" with Bendjima, who is far from a serious boyfriend. They have a casual romance, and are not talking about marriage or a having a child. Life & Style actually claimed in February that Kardashian was pregnant with Bendjima's baby. It's telling that that lie isn't mentioned anywhere in this new story. But the magazine clearly has a problem with fake news, as it was also wrong just last week when it published an article that falsely maintained Kardashian was "cutting ties" with Disick, just days before they were spotted together with their kids in Nantucket.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
