Kourtney Kardashian is not "pregnant, too." Since three of the stars' famous sisters are expecting, the tabloids are now making up false stories about Kardashian also having a baby. But Gossip Cop can confirm it's just not true.
This manufactured narrative is coming from sister tabloids Life & Style and In Touch. The former quotes a so-called "insider," who contends, "With Kim, Khloe and Kylie all due to give birth next year, Kourtney felt left out." Of course, Kim isn't actually due to give birth. She's having her baby via surrogate. But clearly the gossip magazine doesn't care about the facts, which is why it goes on to wrongly declare Kourtney is "pregnant" with boyfriend Younes Bendjima's baby. "She was thrilled to learn she's also expecting," the supposed source claims to the outlet, which maintains Kardashian is "confiding the news only to family and her best friends" right now. Yet this "insider" spilled the news to Life & Style? Please.
In Touch also suspiciously cites an "insider," who similarly asserts, "Kourtney is pregnant. She's only told family and her best friends." But with the quotes worded slightly differently, it becomes obvious through comparisons that these "insiders" are fictional and were invented by the two publications. For example, in In Touch, the purported tipster says, "She wants at least six kids and is ready for No. 4." But in Life & Style, the quote is, "Kourtney has no intention of stopping at baby No. 4. She actually wants to have six kids."
In Touch: "She needs a man who will be both present and sober and knows Younes will make a great father." Life & Style: "She needs a man who will be both present and sober. With his charming personality and intelligence, Younes will make the perfect father." These outlets didn't find two people who coincidentally said the same things, nor did they have one person who dished to both magazines but changed up the wording. It's all fake.
This isn't even the first time Life & Style has tried to trick readers into thinking Kardashian was pregnant with Bendjima's baby. The tabloid previously ran such a tall tale back in February. And In Touch actually tried to get fans to believe Kardashian was pregnant in January, but didn't know who the father was. Time has proven Gossip Cop was right when we busted both made-up tales. And time will show that we're correct here when we say Kourtney is not expecting now, and this storyline was only crafted to piggyback off Kim, Khloe and Kyle.
Gossip Cop believes there to be elements of truth, but the story is ultimately misleading.
