Kourtney Kardashian is not warning Scott Disick to "stay away" from their three children, despite a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop can correct this misguided claim. We're told it's "actually the opposite."
According to Star, following Disick's nonstop partying in Europe with a bevy of women, Kardashian has "reached her limit with the lothario," and doesn't want her ex-longtime partner "coming near their children." A so-called "source" is quoted by the tabloid as saying, "She's ready to tell him that she doesn't want him around their children at all." The article then fills out its space by noting Disick's past problems with addictions, as well as lists the names of the women he allegedly hooked up with while recently in the South of France.
Only at the end of the story does the tabloid get back to the topic of its article and alleges Kardashian is "considering legal action to keep their children away from Scott's influence." The gossip magazine's supposed "source" says more hypothetically than factually, "If Kourtney followed through and involved him in a nasty court fight, with his history of addiction and falling off the wagon, she would win full custody." But it's all moot, because that's not the case.
While Disick has seemingly been partying out-of-control, Gossip Cop is told by a Kardashian confidante that she has no desire to cut him out of the lives of their kids, Penelope, Mason, and Reign. In fact, our impeccable insider assures us it's "actually the opposite." Kardashian wants Disick to see and be more involved with his children.
Our source confirms Kardashian is still spitting mad at Disick and disgusted with his behavior; however, she knows that "alienating the kids from their father would be a bigger problem down the road." Additionally, our insider admits to Gossip Cop that when Disick is around his children, he "shows them only love, and they love their daddy." While there's no chance of a reconciliation between Kardashian and Disick, she hopes being with the children will "ignite that spark for Scott to realize he needs to get it together, if not for himself, then for the kids." Actually, the only thing to "stay away" from is Star's inaccurate reporting about Kardashian, Disick and their children.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
