Whatever Kim Kardashian thinks of Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner's relationship, Gossip Cop is assured no one close to her is making her feelings publicly known. A webloid is claiming Kardashian is "furious" with Scott for "neglecting" her pregnant sister, but Gossip Cop can expose this story as made-up.
According to HollywoodLife, "Travis Scott isn't giving Kylie Jenner the support she needs during the final months of her reported pregnancy and Kim Kardashian isn't happy about it!" There's an obvious problem right in that introduction. If the site doesn't know for sure that Jenner is pregnant ("reported pregnancy"), how does it have any genuine insight on what's going on with the family during this time? Surely if the blog has an "insider," as it goes on to purport, it would have confirmation that the 20-year-old is indeed expecting and not need to use cautionary language like "reported."
But it then becomes even clearer that the online publication doesn't have a real source, as the quotes provided are completely unnatural and suspiciously use "Kim" and "Kylie" in every single sentence. "Kim is furious with Travis over his neglectful treatment of her pregnant sister Kylie," the so-called "insider" supposedly says in what is obviously a manufactured statement. This almost assuredly non-existent tipster goes on, "Kim cannot stand how Kylie is being left alone much of the time during the most important time in her life. Kim feels like Kylie does not deserve to be ignored during the final months of her pregnancy so the big sister is stepping up big time."
Here's what's really going on: Recently, People reported that although Jenner and Scott are "excited about the baby," they "spend very little time together" and she is "not happy about it." The magazine's source stated, "She wants Travis to be around more and help [with] preparing for the baby." Now HollywoodLies, as it's nicknamed, is trying to further that narrative with a faux "exclusive" that purports to give Kardashian's perspective on the situation.
The webloid, however, is apparently forgetting that Kardashian has made it very clear she's staying mum on Jenner's pregnancy until the expectant star herself speaks out. She explained on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" last month, "When there are lots of rumors, we have these family group chats and we threaten each other's lives if we speak for the other one." She went on, "We just decided there is so much that goes on that we respect each other's right to speak for themselves."
So, given that Jenner still hasn't spoken for herself, why would an "insider" go to HollywoodLies with Kardashian's take on her relationship and pregnancy? Gossip Cop is told by Kardashian's own rep that the reality is not speaking about her sister publicly or privately and most assuredly to blogs. It's actually incredible that the website wants readers to believe it knows how Kardashian feels about Jenner and Scott when it isn't even sure Jenner is really pregnant. Between that, the obviously concocted quotes and Kardashian's own comments about refusing to address Jenner's life, it couldn't be more apparent (or rather, transparent) that this story was wholly made up.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
