Kim Kardashian is not refusing to move to her under-construction new mansion following the attempted robbery at her temporary property, despite an illogical webloid report. The article contends that the reality star is distraught over the incident and doesn't believe her family will be safe in a bigger home. Gossip Cop, however, can exclusively clear up the situation.

As Gossip Cop reported, a thief broke into three vehicles parked on the driveway of Kardashian and Kanye West's Bel Air home last week, but armed security chased the perpetrator off the property before he could steal anything. According to RadarOnline, the frightening ordeal now has the reality star second-guessing her upcoming move. A so-called "family insider" tells the site, "It is disturbing to her that the suspect is still on the run because she does not know if they were targeting her or she just happened to live in the wrong house at the wrong time."

The outlet's questionable source adds, "Either way this has caused her to relive the Paris robbery and she is freaked the [expletive] out right now. They are suppose to move into their mega-mansion soon. It is so massive and she does not feel her family will be safe there and will be definitely targeted by crooks who are desperate to make a name for themselves." Of course, the webloid's assertion makes little sense from the onset, considering that a larger gated home would presumably have a better security system and be more difficult to access than a smaller one. Additionally, if Kardashian is in fact being "targeted by crooks," why would the size of her house make a difference to them?

Regardless of the site's article lacking logic, Gossip Cop still checked in with a rep for the reality star, who exclusively assures us the story is simply "false." In fact, this isn't the first time we've had to call out RadarOnline for publishing a bogus report surrounding the couple's recent break-in. Shortly after the incident, Gossip Cop busted the webloid for falsely claiming Kardashian blamed her security for the attempted burglary. This latest story is more lies from the frequently discredited outlet.

Our Verdict

Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
