Kim Kardashian says she’s lost 17 pounds in the week and a half since she gave birth to Saint West.

The reality star, who welcomed her son on December 5, revealed the weight loss during a live stream on her app on Monday night. Joined by Caitlyn Jenner as they decorated for Christmas, Kardashian credits breastfeeding and healthy eating for the pounds falling off. But she has a long way to go.

After admittedly gaining 60 pounds over the course of her pregnancy, Kardashian confessed she went from 130 pounds up to 190 and “almost died.” Now she’s on a mission to reach her goal weight of 120, four pounds less than what she weighed when she married Kanye West. “You are looking much better,” Jenner told Kardashian during the stream.

“I am feeling much better,” replied the mom of two. But despite streaming live, Kardashian would not show herself on camera. She insisted, “It’s not even about how I look… I know I have been on social media a little bit, but I wanted this time to not have to care or post something about myself.”

Indeed, Kardashian has not been spotted in public since the delivery, even though she had to travel from the hospital to mom Kris Jenner’s house, where she and West are currently living.
