Kylie Jenner did not secretly get liposuction after giving birth to her daughter Stormi earlier this month, nor is Kim Kardashian telling people that she did. The claim comes from a tabloid that frequently publishes phony articles. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this story.
An alleged source tells NW that Jenner got liposuction and a tummy tuck directly after delivering her baby, and now "Kim's been subtly letting the cat out of the bag to the biggest gossips she knows." The supposed insider adds, "It's a really mean move on Kim's part, and everyone knows it's because she's super jealous that she's being upstaged by her littlest sister." The suspicious tipster goes on to say that Kardashian is upset about everyone talking about her sister's first baby instead of her newly born third child Chicago, so now "Kim wants to take her down a peg or two." "Kim's hoping all the news about Kylie's surgeries is going to make her seem vapid," adds the questionable source.
However, this bogus report is inaccurate on a number of levels. For starters, Gossip Cop is told on background by a source close to the situation that Jenner hasn't undergone any surgeries in the short time since she's given birth. In fact, we recently busted a similar tabloid story alleging that the makeup mogul was flying to Switzerland to get liposuction, which never happened. Additionally, Kardashian gushed over Jenner's daughter when she was born, so there's clearly no jealousy between the siblings. "I'm so incredibly proud of the woman you have grown up to be and I know that you are going to be the best mom to your new baby girl," Kardashian wrote on her website.
The reality star went to say that she "can't wait" for their new baby daughters "to be besties." On top of that, Kardashian's daughter Chicago made her public debut in Jenner's pregnancy video. That shows the sisters are quite keen to share the spotlight, not compete over it. It's also worth noting that in November, when Kardashian was asked about Jenner being pregnant, she declined to comment, instead explaining, "There's so much that goes on that we respect each other's right to speak for ourselves." That's why the notion here the Kardashian is gossiping about Jenner undergoing plastic surgery is implausible. Based on her own comments, she lets her sister speak for herself and doesn't contribute to rumors.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time that Gossip Cop has had to debunk claims of a feud between the sisters simply because both welcomed a child around the same time. Immediately after Kardashian's baby was born in January, a website wrongly reported that she was battling her youngest sister over who got to name their newborn daughter "Love." Obviously, neither Kardashian's baby Chicago or Jenner's baby Stormi are named "Love." This latest article surrounding the sisters is equally baseless.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
