A new report claiming that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s marriage was pushed “to the limit” in 2017 is not only made-up but it’s also filled with a slew of errors. Gossip Cop can correct this story, which was manufactured by a site known for fabricating articles about West and Kardashian. We’re told it’s “ridiculous.”
According to the fiction factory known alternately as HollywoodLife and HollywoodLies, the couple went “through a lot in 2017” and it’s allegedly “putting a strain” on their marriage. An almost assuredly concocted “source” is quoted as saying, “This past year has pushed them to their limit” and “taken a toll on their marriage.” The often disproven outlet adds that West and Kardashian, who are set to soon welcome their third child via a surrogate, have been “going through difficult times for a while now.”
As an example, HollywoodLies maintains, “Kim had her own personal struggles this year after she was terrifyingly robbed at gunpoint.” After recounting that scary incident, the untrustworthy blog ends its mess of an article by editorializing, “We can’t help but hope they can make it through whatever struggles life brings.”
Allow Gossip Cop to now point out how wrong that site it. The errors actually begin with the second word of its article. HollywoodLies titled its made-up story, “Kim Kardahian & Kanye West: Why 2017 Has Pushed Their Marriage To The Limit.” You’ll notice the reality star’s last name is misspelled in the headline.
But it only gets worse. Essentially the entire story about how West and Kardashian’s marriage has been pushed “to the limit” in 2017 is predicated on how “Kim had her own personal struggles this year after she was terrifyingly robbed at gunpoint.” One problem: Kardashian was robbed in Paris in 2016, not “this year.” So basically, HollywoodLife has simply made up yet another fake news story.
On Wednesday, Star published a wholly inaccurate story that falsely alleged Kardashian and West were announcing a $1 billion divorce. Naturally, at the same time that HollywoodLies pretends to have Kardashian and West “insiders,” it picked up that 100 percent untrue cover story without even questioning its veracity. Of course, if it had real sources, like Gossip Cop, that outlet would have corrected the magazine’s phony report.
Instead, the blog regurgitated the tabloid’s bogus claims before manufacturing this new article in an effort to have a unique angle. But it’s all lies. Not only did the reality star recently post a happy (holiday) photo of herself, West, and their kids, but Kardashian’s rep also tells Gossip Cop on the record the latest story from HollywoodLies is “ridiculous.”
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
