Kim Kardashian is on a mission to lose her baby weight. The reality star tweeted Tuesday that she’s turning to the Atkins diet in a bid to shed 40 more pounds after giving birth to Saint West in December.

Kardashian revealed in a series of messages on Twitter that she “gained 60lbs during my pregnancy,” but also noted that she had “been an extra 10 lbs up for the last few years.” To date, Kardashian reported to her fans, she is “30 lbs down” since Saint was born six weeks ago, though she still has “40 more to go.”

To help reach her goal, Kardashian wants her Twitter followers to keep her accountable. She promised to “show u guys my workouts on my app & share my Atkins plans too.” The reality star added that she is “focused” on getting back her former body.

“This is going to be soooo [expletive]ing hard but I can do it and I can’t wait to share it all with you! #BeastMode #WhosWithMe,” Kardashian further tweeted. She similarly used the Atkins diet to lose baby weight after her daughter North West was born in June 2013.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Kardashian has been steadily dropping weight since giving birth to Saint. She tipped the scales at 190 pounds on December 5, but reported during a December 14 livestream on her app that she had already lost 17 pounds. Kardashian credited breastfeeding and healthy eating for the initial rapid weight loss.
