Does Khloe Kardashian want to conduct O.J. Simpson's first interview since getting released from prison last month? That's the ridiculous claim in one of this week's new tabloids, which says the reality is eager to sit down with the disgraced former football player. Gossip Cop looked into the situation and we can exclusively reveal the truth.

The ex-con was released on parole last month after serving nine years in a Nevada prison for armed robbery, but most major TV networks reportedly aren't interested in landing his first post-prison interview. OK!, however, is now claiming the reality star wants to interview Simpson due to his history with her family. Kardashian's late dad Robert served on the defense team that got the ex-NFL star acquitted of the 1994 murders of ex-wife Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman.

According to the unreliable magazine, Kardashian also wants to address the ongoing rumor that the ex-con is her biological father, an absurd conspiracy theory that she's repeatedly dismissed. "Kris doesn't want Khloe doing this interview," a so-called "source" tells the outlet, "but Khloe has a lot of questions for O.J. and is pitching it to E!" Gossip Cop looked into the unlikely story and we can set the record straight.

A source close to the reality star exclusively assures us she isn't hoping to interview Simpson, nor has the topic ever been discussed. This is simply a non-story. Unfortunately, the tabloids consistently link the former football player to the Kardashians because he was friendly with the family more than 20 years ago, so we're no surprised by this latest attempt to do so.

Earlier this week, Gossip Cop called out OK!'s sister publication, the National Enquirer, for making up a bogus story about Simpson binge-watching "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" since being released from prison. Shortly before that nonsense, we busted OK!'s other sister outlet, Star, for falsely claiming Simpson called Khloe when he was released from prison to address the rumors he's her real dad. This latest article is equally unfounded.

Our Verdict

Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
