Khloe Kardashian isn't set to appear on "Celebrity Big Brother UK," despite a new report making the rounds online. Gossip Cop, however, can correct this inaccurate claim.
As was widely reported, Kardashian recently took to social media to express how much she misses her best friend and "Celebrity Big Brother UK" contestant Malika Haqq. The pregnant star wrote on Twitter, "It's so strange not being able to call malika and have a nightly gossip session." But according to The Sun, the reality show "could be having an extra A-list appearance in the form of Khloe Kardashian," who wants to "support" her best friend while she takes part in the popular British series.
A so-called "source" is quoted as telling the tabloid, "Everyone is really keen to have Khloe send Malika a video message of support in the house. The team have been working to try and make this happen, it would make for brilliant TV." The publication's questionable "insider" goes on to purport, "Just imagine, one of the queens of reality in the place where it all began."
What's more, MTV also picked up the baseless story, asserting in a new article posted on its website Thursday that the star could "show her support in a big way while Malika is in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house." In that piece about how Kardashian is set to appear on the British reality show, the outlet writes, "Looks like the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star will appear on CBB to support her bestie. Channel 5 bosses are keen to get the 'Revenge Body' babe on our screens in the form of a special video message."
Let Gossip Cop set the record straight with what's going here. None of these claims are true, confirmed by Kardashian herself. Responding to MTV's tweet about her being set to appear in the "Celebrity Big Brother UK" house, Kardashian wrote on Twitter Thursday, "Nope not true!"
Additionally, even though Kardashian admitted to missing Haqq while she's taking part in the reality show, where each contestant cannot have any contact with the outside world, she has no plans to appear on the show via video message to "support" her best friend. Basically, both outlets are just regurgitating each other's seemingly fabricated quotes, and in turn, are publishing falsehoods and unsubstantiated claims.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
