Kesha took to Instagram on Tuesday to thank her supporters, posting her first message since a judge ruled last week that she could not be released from her contract with Dr. Luke.

Along with the photo seen at right, Kesha wrote in the new post, “I am beyond words in gratitude. thank you is not enough but it is all I have. a million times over and forever thank you. the support I have received has left my face swollen from tears. I love you all so much.A statement too large for this format is coming….”

In less than an hour, the post racked up more than 3,000 comments and 30,000 likes from fans continuing to offer kind words. Many encouraged Kesha to “stay strong” as she continues to battle Dr. Luke. As Gossip Cop has reported, the pop star has accused the producer of physically and sexually assaulting her, while he claims she made the allegations up to get out of their contract.

Their dueling lawsuits are still making their way through the court system, but last Friday, a judge refused Kesha’s request for an injunction that would have allowed her to break their contract in the meantime. Following the judge’s decision to dismiss the motion, a number of big stars expressed support for Kesha on social media. Taylor Swift also donated $250,000 to help her fellow singer financially, and Lena Dunham penned an essay on how Kesha’s case could help victims of sexual abuse.

Kesha, who was photographed crying in court when the judge made her ruling, had not commented on the decision or any of the subsequent support until now. Her message comes just hours after video emerged of a 2011 deposition in which Kesha denied on camera that Dr. Luke ever assaulted her. Kesha’s camp maintains, however, that she made the statements under duress, after Dr. Luke allegedly threatened revenge if she didn’t lie for him. Gossip Cop will continue to have updates.
