The Kardashian-Jenner clan sat down with Ryan Seacrest on Sunday for the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” 10th anniversary special to reflect on the past decade of their reality show. During the 90-minute special, Kris, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie opened about living their lives in front of the camera over the past 10 years. Get the full recap below!

Before the family came on stage to talk to Seacrest, who serves as the show’s executive producer, the host introduced a collection of highlights from the show’s past 10 years. Seacrest then brought out Kris, who joked, “We have the best home movies in the universe!” The momager went on to talk about developing the show with Seacrest 10 years ago and later pitching the idea to E! executives. “Within 30 days, which is unheard of, we were filming,” Kris revealed. Kim came out next and noted it’s surprisingly hard work and long hours making a reality show, but was grateful she got to spend so much time with her family. When asked what she’s most proud of as a result of the show, Kim revealed, “The family empire and how all of us work so hard. That just makes me so proud.”

Kourtney and Khloe then emerged on stage, and the topic soon came to Khloe’s dating history. Seacrest wondered, “Is there something about basketball players?” Khloe admitted she’s attracted to NBA players, but happened to have met current boyfriend Tristan Thompson on a blind date. She explained they were set up by a mutual friend and have gotten quite “serious” after almost a year of dating. When asked if fans can expect to see more of Thompson on the show, she noted, “If he’s around, of course he’ll be on.” Seacrest then questioned Kourtney about the nature of her relationship with Scott Disick, and she spilled, “I guess we’re co-parenting our kids and just trying to get along. I mean, he’s family.” The reality star also admitted there was something “psychotic” about their dynamic.

Scott then came out to discuss his complex relationship with Kourtney. “I just want everyone to know we are just co-parenting,” he explained, before adding, “She’s like the only person I’ve ever loved in my life. I think she’s cute and stuff.” Seacrest then asked, “Do you still hit on her?” and Scott half-jokingly responded, “Yeah, I try to f**k her like once a week.” The host then asked Kourtney if she could see herself getting back together for good, but the reality star didn’t have an answer. “I feel like she has to say the door is closed to make a point,” Kim stated. Seacrest then bluntly asked Kourtney, “Is the door closed?” “The debauchery that’s gone on has definitely closed the door several billion times,” she replied. Scott chimed in, “But it’s been back open.”

Seacrest then asked Scott, “Do you think you conduct yourself in a way that is trying to keep that door open?” “He does for a time period,” Kourtney said. “He can’t be consistent.” But Scott disagreed, saying, “Every time I become too good of a person, she stops loving me because she fell in love with a guy who was a little bit f**ked up.” Kourtney refuted that being the case, but Scott shot back, “100 percent! I treat you like royalty, you don’t say hello to me. I spit in your face, you’re like, ‘Hey, babe!'” Scott then got down on one knee and said, “I have a question for you,” prompting the audience to gasp. But he immediately shot back up and yelled, “Just kidding!”

Kendall and Kylie, who’ve been on the show for nearly half their lives, came out together next. Both admitted they’re used to having cameras around all the time because it’s been the normal routine for them since they were kids. Kendall talked about how the show helped launch her modeling career, while Kylie was happy she could start her own cosmetics line thanks to the success of the show.

Seacrest then asked Kim when she and Kanye West first sparked a romance. Kourtney noted that Kanye visited their NYC DASH store years ago, but Kim said the two were only friends at that point. “Is there a seminal moment where you felt like it changed with him?” Ryan asked, to which Kim replied, “Right before I got married to Kris Humphries, we were talking and I just went a different direction. And I think I had to go through that to figure out what I wanted.” Ryan further pressed, “So while you were getting married to Kris, he was pursuing you?” “We were friends and we were talking, yes,” she admitted. Kim further noted that Kanye invited her to his fashion show in Paris shortly after her divorce from Humphries, and the two immediately started dating. “From the moment I landed, I fell madly in love with him,” she said.

A few of the family members then revealed their toughest moment filming the show. Kris admitted it was “the whole Caitlyn transition” saga, while Scott said it was when he and Kourtney broke up. Khloe said one of her most difficult days was when Lamar Odom overdosed on drugs, and Kendall agreed it was hers as well because she initially believed the former NBA player had died. “I landed in London and the first text that popped into my phone was from Kim and it had said, ‘Lamar passed away,'” the model explained. “I immediately started sobbing on the plane. Then I got the next text came through saying, ‘Actually, he’s OK. He’s alive, but he’s not doing well.'” Kim explained that “someone had made a fake account” and emailed her false information about Odom dying, which the family initially believed to be the case. “I was screaming,” Khloe recalled. “But to think and to go through the motions as if someone has passed away is the most traumatic thing to do. And then to know they’re really alive. It was too many emotions for any of us to handle.”

Seacrest went on to note there’s been hundreds of crazy tabloid rumors about the family over the years, adding, “A lot of people read the tabloids, some rely on the tabloids to get pretty inaccurate information and answers. Some of those headlines, pretty darn ridiculous, but there has to be truth in some of them, right?” The host then asked the girls to clear up some of the more bizarre rumors. He first showed an OK! headline that read, “Kendall: How Scott Seduced Me!” Kourtney joked, “Get it Kendall!” to which her sister laughed, “I didn’t even know that existed!” Kris said, “That’s hitting the bottom of the barrel,” and Kendall offered, “I was 19. That was two years ago,” to which Scott noted, “Damn, I had you when you were young.” But Kendall clarified, “Definitely false though.”

The next tabloid rumor was a headline reading, “Kris: Caught in Bed With Lamar!” “I could see this being true,” Khloe joked, to which her mom responded, “Khloe, I’m sorry!” “I was sleeping with Scott so it’s fine,” Khloe said, adding, “Can’t you believe that one Scott?” Disick admitted, “Yeah,” and the momager offered, “You gotta laugh. What else are you gonna do?” As the episode ended, Seacrest brought out a giant cake for the family, as well as many glasses of champagne. Everyone raised their glass as Seacrest toasted, “To 10 years of the Kardashians!” Kris added, “To another 10 years!”
