Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are not expecting a baby boy, despite a completely false tabloid report. Gossip Cop can correct the claim. The actress simply isn't pregnant.
Back in November, Gossip Cop called out NW for wrongly reporting that Holmes and Foxx planned to get married in Paris. The story came from an anonymous and untraceable "source," but the actress's rep assured us on the record that it was fabricated. Unfortunately, an article in the latest issue of the tabloid is sticking with the bogus premise, insisting the couple "recently tied the knot in a secret ceremony in Paris." However, neither star has been spotted in the European city in the past two months. The idea that they recently wed overseas without anyone noticing is simply absurd.
In addition to doubling down on its initial storyline, the magazine's follow-up article says the couple is expecting a baby that's due in mid-2019. "The word is that Katie's four months along and she's telling close friends it's going to be a mini-Jamie," an alleged source tells the magazine. "They're absolutely dancing on air and [Holmes' daughter] Suri cannot wait to have a sibling on the way."
The supposed insider goes on to say that Holmes has always had "the-more-the-merrier" attitude when it comes to kids, while Foxx is excited to give his two daughters another sibling. From there, the so-called "tipster" maintains that the couple is already planning the nursery and coming up with baby names for the little boy. "Jamie's said to be fussing over every detail and pampering Katie like a princess," adds the seemingly nonexistent insider, who further contends that having a baby is "a perfect way for them to start their new life together."
As Gossip Cop already noted, Holmes and Foxx didn't get married in Paris, so the tabloid's entire story is predicated on a false narrative. It's also worth noting, Holmes was photographed in a bathing suit while vacationing in Miami just over a week ago, and the actress certainly didn't appear to be fourth months pregnant. Gossip Cop also checked in with a source close to the situation, who confirms that Holmes isn't expecting.
It must be mentioned, NW has already been caught wrongly reporting that the couple was having a child. Last March, Gossip Cop called out the magazine for falsely claiming that Holmes and Foxx were expecting a baby girl. The publication may have switched genders for its latest story, but the premise remains untrue.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
