A new story questioning if Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle will "get along" is entirely made-up. Gossip Cop can correct this phony report about the future sister-in-laws.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, which is known for its fabricated tales about the royal family, Middleton and Markle come from "two very different worlds," and critics wonder if they can ever "get along." Without a single source to support its premise, the often disproven website claims that while "Kate and Meghan are almost the same age and have the same taste in fashion," that's "where the similarities end."

The online publication goes on to analyze the differences between the Duchess of Cambridge and the former "Suits" actress. The site ridiculously contends, "Meghan is much more comfortable in front of the cameras than Kate" and she "appears to be more warm and open during her public appearances and royal engagements." What's more, in an attempt to back up its bogus assertion, the outlet further purports that Middleton "doesn't speak unless spoken to, and she certainly doesn't communicate with her expressions the same way Meghan does."

To conclude, CDL claims the Duchess of Cambridge loves "the attention she gets from the media," and "right now, that might be a big problem between Middleton and Markle. That's because everyone can't stop talking about Prince Harry's fiancee." But Gossip Cop investigated the seemingly made-up report, and a palace insider tells us the article is complete "rubbish."

Contrary to the website's tall tale, Middleton and the bride-to-be already do get along. In fact, Markle raved about Middleton during her first post-engagement interview with the BBC in November. "William was longing to meet her and so was Catherine," Prince Harry said, before Markle gushed, "[Middleton has] been wonderful." And speaking of the support he received from his family when he introduced them to Markle, Prince Harry added, "The family together have been absolutely, you know, a solid support and my grandparents as well have been wonderful throughout this whole process."

Of course, Gossip Cop is hardly surprised by the bad blog's latest piece of royal fiction. Remember, we corrected the website in December when it falsely alleged Middleton was adding to her royal workload because she was "competitive" and "feeling the heat" from all of the media focus on Markle. Much like that manufactured report, this latest one that suggests the future sisters-in-laws might not get along is equally absurd.

Our Verdict

Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
